Client rules and reusable execution

Client intent belongs in documented requirements, models, mappings, and metadata. The shared runtime provides reusable behavior for executing that definition. Platform adapters and environment deployment handle storage, secret resolution, catalogs, and other platform-specific mechanics.

This separation supports a standardized delivery method rather than a unique platform built for each client. Business owners supply the meaning and decisions to be reviewed; reusable engine behavior is kept distinct from those client-specific definitions and from environment configuration.

Define the delivery responsibility

The documented method covers requirements and discovery, modeling, and engineering and deployment, with checks and execution evidence maintained alongside the work. The delivery definition identifies what the pipeline should produce and how that output will be reviewed.

An artifacts-only option is also described: documentation, data models, mappings, and checks are delivered for the client's team to implement later. That option does not imply an already running pipeline. Implementation ownership should be clear alongside the agreed artifacts and handover material.
